THE PROSPECTS FOR CULTIVATION OF UZORCHATAYA VARIERTY, EDIBLE CHRYSANTHEMUM

Abstract

Edible chrysanthemum is a new plant culture that can be very valuable source of vitamins, mineral substances, particularly potassium and biologically active matters. An extract from foliage of chrysanthemum contains nearly as much antioxidant efficiency as in extract from ginseng.
