Основной задачей научного обеспечения сельского хозяйства в XXI веке является превращение этой отрасли в подлинную «индустрию жизни», позволяющую удовлетворять потребности человечества в продуктах питания и сырье за счет не ограниченных возможностей познания законов природы, т.е. «экономики знаний».</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Insufficient basic knowledge base of agriculture is the main reason of its world crisis at the turn of XXth century.
