Кориандр посевной (Coriandrum sativum L.) является высокоценной многоцелевой культурой, широко используемой в медицине, пищевой промышленности, парфюмерии и сельском хозяйстве. Мировая коллекция ВИР им. Н.И. Вавилова включает 790 образцов из 78 стран мира и представляет собой обширный источник генетического разнообразия кориандра для исследований и селекции.</p><p>Цель исследования заключалась в изучении содержания эфирного масла в плодах кориандра, характеристика его компонентного состава. </p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Объектом исследования были семена 208 образцов кориандра из коллекции ВИР. Содержание эфирного масла определяли методом гидродистилляции. Компонентный состав – ГХ-МС.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Содержание эфирного масла варьировало от 0,10% до 3,00%, составляя в среднем 1,01%. Идентифицировано 66 соединений, основным из которых во всех образцах был линалоол (в среднем 68,2%). Проведенное исследование подтвердило высокую изменчивость как количественного содержания, так и качественного состава эфирных масел у образцов кориандра коллекции ВИР. Выделены образцы из Абхазии (к-424, вр.538), Грузии (вр.336) и России (вр.939, Алексеевский 413) со сбалансированным составом эфирного масла, представляющая наибольшую коммерческую ценность для парфюмерно-косметической и пищевой промышленности. Полученные данные являются основой для целенаправленного отбора источников ценных признаков в селекционных программах.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.) is a highly valuable multipurpose crop, widely used in medicine, the food industry, perfumery, and agriculture. The VIR world col- lection includes 790 accessions from 78 countries and represents an extensive source of coriander genetic diversity for research and breeding. The aim of the study was to investigate the essential oil (EO) content in coriander fruits and characterize its component composition.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The object of the study was seeds of 208 coriander accessions from the VIR collection. The EO content was determined by hydrodistillation. The component composition was analyzed by GC-MS.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The EO content varied from 0.10% to 3.00%, averaging 1.01%. Sixty-six com- pounds were identified, the main one in all accessions was linalool (averaging 68.2%). The conducted study confirmed high variability in both the quantitative content and qualitative composition of EO among the coriander accessions from the VIR collection. Accessions from Abkhazia (k-424, vr.538), Georgia (vr.336), and Russia (vr.939, Alekseevsky 413) with a balanced EO composition, which are of the greatest commercial value for the perfumery-cosmetic and food industries, have been selected.
