Ржавчина гороха регулярно наносит ущерб урожаю гороха овощного в Омской области. Вредоносность заболевания в последние годы стала усиливаться, в благоприятные для развития болезни годы поражение восприимчивых сортов может составлять 100 %. В связи с чем селекционеры вынуждены постоянно искать новые источники генов устойчивости из-за быстрой эволюции возбудителей ржавчины.</p><p>Цель наших исследований – провести скрининг образцов коллекции гороха овощного в полевых условиях в южной лесостепи Западной Сибири и выделить источники устойчивости.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методика</title><p>Материал и методика. В качестве объекта для изучения были взяты 72 образца гороха овощного из «Федерального государственного бюджетного научного центра овощеводства» (ФГБНУ ФНЦО) и «Федерального исследовательского центра Всероссийского института генетических ресурсов растений им. Н.И. Вавилова» (ВИР). Исследования проводились в течение четырех лет с 2020 по 2023 гг. в условиях южной лесостепи Омской области. Учеты вели в соответствии с «Методическими указаниями по изучению коллекции зерновых бобовых культур».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. В результате проведенных исследований установлено, что устойчивость гороха овощного к ржавчине зависит как от генотипа, так и погодных условий. Набольшее влияние на развитие заболевания оказывали погодные условия (доля фактора составила 51,5%), вклад генотипа также достоверный и составляет 44,8%. Устойчивость коллекционных образцов к ржавчине в условиях Омской области варьировала от низкой (2,8 балла) при теплой и влажной погоде до очень высокой (7,8 баллов) при сухой и жаркой. Основное влияние на распространение ржавчины оказывают гидротермические условия периода «цветение – созревание» (r=-0,98±0,11). Устойчивость растений к ржавчине характеризуется сильным варьированием в зависимости от условий выращивания (Сve=20,2-54,6%). Наименьшую изменчивость признака по годам имел сорт Дарунок (Сve=20,2%), который будет наиболее стабильно сохранять устойчивость при усилении инфекционной нагрузки. В результате скрининга коллекционного материала гороха овощного выделены источники частичной устойчивости к ржавчине для селекции в Западной Сибири: сорта Дарунок, Самородок (ФГБНУ "Федеральный научный центр овощеводства" (ФГБНУ ФНЦО)), Орел, Крейсер, Витязь, Флагман-8, Немчиновский 46, В-579, Памяти Хангильдина (коллекция ВИР).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance. Pea rust regularly damages the vegetable pea crop in the Omsk region. The harmfulness of the disease has begun to intensify in recent years; in years favorable for the development of the disease, the damage to susceptible varieties can be 100%. Therefore, breeders are forced to constantly search for new sources of resistance genes due to the rapidly developing rust pathogens. The goal of our research is to screen samples of a vegetable pea collection under field conditions in the southern forest-steppe of Western Siberia and identify sources of resistance.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methodology</title><p>Material and Methodology. As an object for study, 72 samples of vegetable peas were taken from the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution Federal Scientific Vegetable Center (FSBSI FSVC) and the “Federal Research Center of the All-Russian Institute of Plant Genetic Resources named after. N.I. Vavilov" (VIR). The research was conducted over four years from 2020 to 2023. in the conditions of the southern forest-steppe of the Omsk region. The records were carried out in accordance with the “Methodological instructions for studying the collection of grain legumes”.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and Discussion</title><p>Results and Discussion. As a result of the studies, it was established that the resistance of vegetable peas to rust depends on both the genotype and weather conditions. Weather conditions had the greatest influence on the development of the disease (the factor’s share was 51.5%), the contribution of the genotype was also significant and amounted to 44.8%. The resistance of collection samples to rust in the conditions of the Omsk region varied from low (2.8 points) in warm and humid weather to very high (7.8 points) in dry and hot weather. The main influence on the spread of rust is exerted by the hydrothermal conditions of the “flowering – ripening” period (r=-0.98±0.11). Plant resistance to rust varies greatly depending on growing conditions (Cve=20.2-54.6%). The variety Darunok had the least variability of the trait over the years (Cve=20.2%), which will most consistently maintain resistance when the infectious load increases.
