В их кожуре идентифицированы несколько антоцианов. Установлено, что в плодах образцов баклажана из Японии основным антоцианом является дельфинидин 3-(р-кумароилрутинозид)-5-глюкозид (насунин), в образцах баклажана из других регионов - дельфинидин-3-рутинозид (тулипа-нин). В плодах линий баклажана селекции ВНИИССОК в условиях малообъемной гидропоники количество антоцианов составляет 0,021-0,217г/кг плодов в зависимости от образца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Fruit color of eggplants is one of the most important traits. In the fruit peel several anthocyanins were identified. It was shown that in fruits of Japanese accessions the basic an anthocyanin was delphinidin-3-(p-coumaroyl rutinoside)-5-glucoside (nasunin), while other accessions contained tulipanin (delphinidin-3-O-rutinoside).
