Бамия – популярная овощная культура в тропических, субтропических и умеренно-теплых регионах мира. Ее плоды богаты полезными веществами: углеводами, пищевыми волокнами, липидами, аминокислотами, витаминами А, К, С, минеральными солями. Полисахариды, содержащиеся в плодах бамии, являются химически инертными, нетоксичными, биоразлагаемыми и биосовместимыми полимерами. Для расширения ассортимента овощной продукции в нашей стране было проведено изучение бамии в летне-осеннем обороте в пленочной теплице. Материал и методика. Целью исследований являлось обоснование элементов технологии выращивания бамии в пленочных необогреваемых грунтовых теплицах в условиях 3- й световой зоны. Исследования проводили в 2019-2020 годах на базе Учебно-научно производственного центра «Овощная опытная станция им. В.И. Эдельштейна» РГАУМСХА имени К.А. Тимирязева в летне-осеннем обороте в пленочной необогреваемой грунтовой теплице. Объектами исследования были сорта: Дамские пальчики, Красный бархат. Результаты. По итогам изучения влияния формирования растений бамии в один и два побега на рост и урожайность в условиях летне-осеннего оборота в пленочных грунтовых теплицах рекомендуем выращивать растения сорта Дамские пальчики в два побега для получения наибольшей урожайности плодов, а растения сорта Красный бархат – в один побег.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Relevance. Okra is rich in useful substances: carbohydrates, dietary fiber, lipids, amino acids, vitamins A, K, C, mineral salts. The polysaccharides contained in okra fruits are chemically inert, non-toxic, biodegradable and biocompatible polymers. To expand the range of vegetable products in our country, a study of okra in the summer-autumn turnover in a film greenhouse was carried out. Material and methods. The aim of the research was to substantiate the elements of the technology for growing okra in film unheated soil greenhouses under the conditions of the 3rd light zone. Research was carried out in 2019-2020 on the basis of the Educational and Scientific Production Center "Vegetable Experimental Station named after Edelstein" of Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy in the summerautumn turnover in a film unheated ground greenhouse. The objects of the study were the varieties: Damskie palchiki, Krasniy barkhat. Results.
